The program, hosted by the Delaware Bankers Association, is part of a five-part educational series on Foundations of Delaware Trusts for entry-level trust employees. In the September 30 session, Todd and Cynthia will discuss fiduciary duties and how to interpret the various types of discretionary trust provisions.
