Delaware Views from the Bench 2017

The American Bankruptcy Institute and Delaware State Bar Association co-host this annual program featuring leading bankruptcy practitioners and perspectives from the Delaware bankruptcy and federal appellate bench.

Morris Nichols partner Rob Dehney will moderate the afternoon session, “Trends in Secured Financing, DIP Lending, Cash Collateral and Exit Financing.” Panelists including The Honorable Kevin J. Carey will discuss current trends and recent decisions in cash collateral usage, debtor-in-possession financings and exit financings, including strategies for effectively negotiating such financing arrangements, best practices and addressing common objections.
