22nd National M&A Institute

The American Bar Association hosts the 22^nd National M&A Institute from November 2-3, 2017 in Las Vegas. Featuring nationally recognized mergers and acquisitions attorneys, the two-day program will feature in-depth perspective on business negotiations.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella serves as program faculty, speaking in four panel sessions covering “Special Issues in Asset Acquisitions,” “Valuation and Purchase Price-Related Issues,” “Acquiring a Public Company” and “Ancillary Documents.” Tricia will provide Delaware perspective in a range of areas, including the impact of recent Delaware decisions on critical negotiation provisions.
