2017 NCBJ Conference

The National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges hosts the 2017 annual meeting from October 8 to 11, 2017 in Las Vegas. Assembling business and consumer attorneys, academics and judges, the conference features educational programming and networking.

Morris Nichols partner Curtis Miller will join The Honorable Craig A. Gargotta as a speaker in the Federal Bar Association program, “Equitable Mootness, Its Evolving Case Law and Impact on Chapter 11 Practice” on October 10. Panelists will discuss the evolving case law and parameters of equitable mootness, a doctrine recognized by all circuit courts of appeals.
