Lou Hering to Speak at ABA Annual Meeting: LLCs – Important Case Law Developments 2009

Wilmington, DE – July 8, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ Commercial Law Counseling Group partner Lou Hering will serve as a Program speaker for LLCs - Important Case Law Developments 2009 at the American Bar Association (ABA) Annual Meeting in Chicago, July 30 - August 4, 2009. 

The panel will discuss recent cases in the alternative entity area with Lou focusing on a number of significant cases in Delaware.  The panel is sponsored by the ABA’s Business Law Section Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities.
