Derek Abbott to Speak at 5th Annual ABI Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Conference – Capital Markets: Making Bricks without Straw

Wilmington, DE – July 8, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ business reorganization and restructuring partner Derek Abbott will serve as a panel speaker for Capital Markets:  Making Bricks without Straw at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Conference, August 6-8, 2009 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Derek’s panel will discuss how deals are getting done notwithstanding the scarcity of DIP and emergency financing.  Among the distinguished panelists joining Derek are moderator, Honorable Kevin Gross, U.S. Bankruptcy Court (D.
