Wilmington, DE – May 4, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ Intellectual Property Litigation Group partner Julie Heaney will present the program Staying on the Right Side in Litigation: From Rule 11 to Section 285 at the 2009 Spring Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) in San Diego, California, May 13 – 15, 2009. 

The 2009 Spring Meeting will feature presentations by experienced IP attorneys covering best practice tips in patent litigation, the latest in law practice management, practicing IP law in the new economy and avoiding pitfalls during prosecution and litigation.
