Lou Hering and Rick Alexander to Speak at ABA Section of Business Law Spring Meeting - M&A Committee Forum - Appropriate Governance Paradigm for LLCS

Wilmington, DE – April 7, 2009 – Morris Nichols’ Commercial Law Counseling Group partner Lou Hering and Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group partner Rick Alexander will serve as Program speakers at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Business Law in Vancouver, BC on April 16 – 18, 2009. 

Lou will present at the Program Choosing the Appropriate Governance Paradigm for LLCs and Rick will speak at the M&A Committee Forum.

The Section of Business Law Spring Meeting annually draws over 2,000 attendees for three days of CLE programs and committee meetings. Over 70 events designated as “Programs” have been scheduled Thursday through Saturday. A Program is an educational presentation, usually in panel format, sponsored by one or more Section committees. Topics will cover timely issues and will run the gamut of business law.
