IP Administrative Assistant
Morris Nichols seeks an IP Administrative Assistant.  This fast-paced position will support the Intellectual Property Practice Group.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years patent litigation experience and an understanding of legal terminology and related court documents.  Must be proficient in e-filing legal documents with the District Court through CM/ECF, Chancery Court, Supreme Court and Superior Court through File & ServeXpress.  The individual should also be proficient in MS Word XP, Excel, MS Office Suite, Adobe Redaction Tools, Payne Forms and Numbering Assistant, use of Best Authority and related litigation support database systems.  Familiarity with FileSite document management system is a plus.  Typing requirement is 65 wpm.  Must be able to work well under pressure and handle high-stress assignments with tight time constraints.

IT Litigation Support Specialist
Morris Nichols has an opening for an IT Litigation Support Specialist supporting the Firm, its co-counsel and clients on preferred methods of automating litigation.  The individual will interface regularly with the IT department, in-house counsel, case teams and outside vendors to ensure data collection needs are met in a timely and professional manner.  Minimum amount of after-hours desktop assistance required.  Trial support experience helpful.  The successful candidate will work Monday thru Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with flexibility for paid overtime.
