Judicial Clerkships

More than one-third of the attorneys practicing at Morris Nichols have prior experience as judicial clerks.  The firm recognizes that judicial clerkships offer a unique opportunity to learn the practical workings of a judge’s chambers and courtroom, and to view issues and cases from the court’s perspective, as well as to gain a valuable life experience.
