IT Litigation Support Specialist
Morris Nichols has an opening for an IT Litigation Support Specialist supporting the Firm, its co-counsel and clients on preferred methods of automating litigation.  The individual will interface regularly with the IT department, in-house counsel, case teams and outside vendors to ensure data collection needs are met in a timely and professional manner.  Minimum amount of after-hours desktop assistance required.  Trial support experience helpful.  The successful candidate will work Monday thru Friday from 2PM-10PM with flexibility for paid overtime.

Commercial/Real Estate Paralegal
Morris Nichols has an opening for a paralegal supporting attorneys in the Firm’s Commercial/Real Estate Practice Groups.  The successful candidate must have knowledge of Delaware recording procedures on State and County levels and effectively interface with clients, lenders, realtors, utility companies and tax offices.  The individual must have at least 3+ years experience in commercial transactions and be able to read and interpret title abstracts, surveys, land plan.  Computer expertise in Microsoft Word, SoftPro and Deed Plotter.  Typing requirement is 65 wpm.  High math aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.  A four-year degree and paralegal certificate are required.

Billing/Collections Specialist
Morris Nichols has an immediate opening for a Billing/Collections Specialist.  Reporting to the Manager of Financial Operations, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of inventory management including, but not limited to, collection efforts and analysis of outstanding balances.  Responsibilities include review of monthly billing to ensure all attorneys are issuing bills to clients in a timely manner and review of outstanding receivable balances to work with billing attorneys to collect the funds.  Two or more years of experience with collections and inventory management required. College degree preferred.  Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
