Cindy is an intellectual property lawyer with significant litigation experience. She focuses her practice on patent and trade secret disputes in federal district court.
She has handled all stages of patent and trade secrets litigation in federal court, from client intake to trial. In her IP practice, Cindy conducts legal research, drafts pleadings and motions, handles pre-trial discovery, interviews and deposes witnesses, and supervises large document productions.
Cindy has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her patent litigation work.
Cindy also devotes her time to pro bono matters. She volunteers with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services as well as the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate to represent and advocate for abused, neglected and dependent children in child welfare proceedings.
