Andrew is experienced in a wide array of corporate restructurings and bankruptcies.  As both lead and co-counsel, Andrew has represented clients in many of Delaware’s most significant chapter 11 bankruptcy cases over the last decade. 

Andrew has experience representing clients in a range of industries, including, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, casino gaming, retail, automotive, media, commercial real estate, e-commerce, alternative energy, mining, professional sports and airline, among others.

He represents debtors, ad hoc groups, DIP lenders, creditors, asset purchasers and other parties in prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, financings and section 363 sales.

He is recognized for his work in the restructuring field by industry publications including Chambers USA and IFLR1000.

Andrew is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Co-counsel to Southcross Energy Partners, a master limited partnership providing natural gas gathering, processing, treating, compression and transportation services, in its chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.  Southcross successfully reorganized around its core business through a chapter 11 plan. 

Co-counsel to Achaogen, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative antibiotic treatments, in its chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. 

Co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the bankruptcy of EdgeMarc Energy Holdings, an exploration and production company engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration and development of natural gas and natural gas liquids in the Appalachian Basin.
