Eric is an associate with the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling group. His practice is primarily focused on the statutory requirements of the Delaware General Corporation Law and the fiduciary duties of directors, officers and controlling stockholders of Delaware corporations. Eric has provided advice to members of independent committees in the context of potential transactions, and has representated corporations generally in corporate governance matters.
Eric is actively engaged in the regional community and volunteers for a number of non-profit organizations.
