As an associate with the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group, Angie's practice is primarily focused on matters involving the Delaware General Corporation Law, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and dissolutions. Additionally, Angie assists in the representation of special committees.
Angie is a member of the Women And The Law and the Corporate Counsel Sections of the Delaware State Bar Association, and has also served as a pro bono attorney for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
