Kate is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling and Real Estate Groups. Her practice involves a range of transactional matters including commercial real estate transactions, alternative entity matters and general acquisition and contract law matters. Kate is also involved in the preparation of third party legal opinions in connection with a range of transactional matters. Kate is the Vice Chairperson of the Commercial law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and is also a member of the Uniform Commercial Code Subcommittee and she has provided pro bono legal services as an attorney guardian ad litem through the Office of the Child Advocate of the State of Delaware.
