Tarik is a partner in the Commercial Law Counseling Group and serves on the Diversity Committee. Tarik’s practice covers a wide range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, loan agreements and business counseling. In addition, Tarik’s practice also focuses on organizational and operational issues related to limited liability companies, limited partnerships and statutory trusts. Tarik is also involved in the preparation of third party legal opinions in connection with a wide range of transactional matters.
Active nationally in the American Bar Association, Tarik is a member of the ABA Business Law Section’s Committee on Mergers and Acquisitions, the Legal Opinions Committee and the LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee.
