Kate is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling Group. Her practice involves a range of transactional matters, alternative entity matters, including partnership, limited liability company and business trust law, and general acquisition and contract law matters. Kate is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, including the Commercial Law Section and the Uniform Commercial Code Subcommittee, and of the American Bar Association, and she has provided pro bono legal services as an Attorney Guardian Ad Litem through the Office of the Child Advocate of the State of Delaware.
