Jeff is a member of the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group, which specializes in providing advice on corporate transactions. Jeff's work often involves counseling strategic and financial investors, boards of directors and board committees, including special committees appointed to negotiate mergers or other significant transactions such as those in which directors or large stockholders have an interest.
Jeff also has extensive experience advising non-stock entities such as stock exchanges and trade associations. His work often includes providing formal legal opinions on issues of Delaware corporate law and related matters. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2010 in the field of Corporate Law.
