Partners Michael Houghton and Walter C. Tuthill led a team of attorneys at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in writing a comprehensive analysis of the law of unclaimed property, recently released by the nationally recognized legal publisher, the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA).
