Bill is of counsel with both the Business Reorganization and Restructuring and Corporate and Business Litigation Groups. He represents debtors and creditors’ committees, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, in the District of Delaware and elsewhere.
Bill earned a B.S./B.A. in Aerospace Engineering from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Bill has been selected by his peers as one of the top bankruptcy lawyers in Delaware, and has been recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and other publications, as a leading individual in bankruptcy/restructuring. Bill has served on each of the three merit selection panels appointed by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals since 1994 to recommend persons to fill judicial vacancies on the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. Bill was the chair of the 280 member Bankruptcy Section of the Delaware State Bar Association from 2006-2007.
Bill is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
