Rodger is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
Since joining the firm in 1997, Rodger’s practice has focused on intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. Rodger has litigated numerous cases on behalf of high-profile clients such as QUALCOMM, Georgia-Pacific, Pharmacia (now Pfizer), AIG and Scientific Games. He has litigated patent infringement cases involving a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension, microscopic magnetic metal particles, and lottery ticket vending machines.
Prior to joining the firm, Rodger was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he was involved in a variety of complex litigation matters.
