Jay is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Litigation Group. He represents national and regional clients in complex business disputes. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, with an emphasis on cases involving mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests and consent solicitations, and shareholder class and derivative actions.
