Michelle is an associate with the Commerical Law Counseling Group. Michelle’s practice involves asset and equity acquisitions and sales, which include bankruptcy related transactions, as well as financing transactions, which include secured transactions. She devotes a significant portion of her practice to transactions involving Delaware alternative entities, such as the organization and operation of partnerships that are used as investment vehicles and statutory trusts that are used as mutual funds. Michelle also has experience in matters of Delaware contract law and is involved in the preparation of third party legal opinions in connection with a range of transactional matters.
Michelle provides pro bono legal services as an Attorney Guardian Ad Litem through the Office of the Child Advocate of the State of Delaware.
