Julie is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Her litigation experience includes patent and trade secret cases encompassing many different areas of technology including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer electronics, computer systems and business methods. She has participated in numerous bench and jury trials.

According to national legal publisher IP Law & Business, Morris Nichols ranked second nationally in the number of patent cases filed in 2005, improving its score from the previous year’s fifth-place finish.
