Greg is an associate with the Business Reorganization and Restructuring Group and his practice is focused on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. He has been involved in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation on behalf of a variety of national and international clients, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, official committees and plan trustees. Greg currently represents publicly-held and privately-held companies in their efforts to restructure. In addition, Greg is counsel to both plaintiffs and defendants in various bankruptcy-related litigation matters, including, among others, preference, fraudulent transfer and turnover actions in Delaware, as well as in other jurisdictions.
Representative Matters
In addition to representing numerous entities in various litigation and bankruptcy-related matters, Greg has served as counsel to: the debtors in the bankruptcy cases of Oakwood Homes Corporation and its affiliated debtors; the debtor and one of the plan trustees in the bankruptcy case of Orion Refining Corporation; the debtors in the bankruptcy cases of The Thaxton Group, Inc. and its affiliated debtors; the debtor and, as special counsel, the plan trustee in the bankruptcy case of AstroPower, Inc.; the debtor in the bankruptcy case of Gividi USA, Inc.; the debtor and, as special counsel, the plan administrator in the bankruptcy case of The Glass Group, Inc.; the debtors in the bankruptcy cases of Delta Mills, Inc. and its affiliated debtors; the Debtors in the bankruptcy cases of Hancock Fabrics, Inc. and its affiliated debtors; and the official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy cases of Jillians Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated debtors. Greg has also served as Delaware co-counsel to: the official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy cases of Owens Corning and its affiliated debtors; the official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy cases of Onco Investment Company and its affiliated debtors; and the post-confirmation creditors’ representative in the bankruptcy case of Medical Wind Down Holdings III, Inc. (f/k/a Maxxim Medical, Inc.).
