Erin is an associate with the Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group. Her practice concentrates on the statutory requirements of the Delaware General Corporation Law and the fiduciary duties of directors, officers and controlling stockholders of Delaware corporations.
Erin has provided pro bono legal services through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and is a member of the Corporate Counsel and Women and the Law Sections of the Delaware Bar Association.
