Melissa Troutner is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group. Her practice focuses on patent, copyright and trademark cases encompassing many different areas of technology.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Melissa was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in New York, engaged in antitrust, environmental and asbestos litigation, and Dechert LLP in Philadelphia where she worked on multiple mass tort litigations with a focus on pharmaceutical litigation.
Melissa is a volunteer for the Committee of Seventy Election Oversight Program and the Office of the Child Advocate. She also represents clients who have been victims of abuse and are seeking immigration protection under the Violence Against Women Act.
