Ted is an associate with the Corporate and Business Litigation Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, where he served as a clerk to Vice Chancellor Stephen P. Lamb from 2000 to 2001. Following his clerkship, Ted practiced in New York for six years, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of class action and shareholder derivative litigation, complex commercial arbitration, and corporate counseling.
