Karl is an associate in the Corporate and Business Litigation Group. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and toxic tort litigation.
Karl’s prior experience includes working as a legal intern with the United States Department of Justice in the Criminal Division's Fraud Section. He is a former Observer with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, assigned to the office of Commissioner Roel C. Campos.
