Karl is an associate with the Corporate and Business Litigation Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware.
His prior experience includes working as a legal intern with the United States Department of Justice in the Criminal Division's Fraud Section, and as an Observer with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, assigned to the office of Commissioner Roel C. Campos. Before pursuing the study of law, Karl worked for Delta Air Lines, where he was recognized three times for leadership and crisis resolution and nominated twice by his peers for the corporate B.R.A.V.O. award for exemplary leadership and service.
